Village Inn

We were out with grandma and grandpa and stopped at Village Inn to get a quick bite to eat and Tyler was sitting next to us at the table. He was getting upset because it was past his bedtime so we gave him a book to stay occupied. After awhile we looked over and this is what we saw....

Laughlin

Our family vacation went well and Tyler was at his first casino. He gambled quite a bit and drank pretty heavily. Our room was on the 17th floor and Tyler really enjoyed playing and looking out the window of our room. I think he liked looking at his reflection in the window more then anything.

Sleepy Boy

Last night Tyler and I had so much fun playing together, that we didn't quite notice how late it had gotten. An hour after his normal bedtime, I quickly gave Tyler a bath and put him to bed. He was so tired, he crashed the minute he hit the sheets with his little toosh in the air.

Pumpkin Patch

On Saturday we took Tyler on his first trip to a farm with Nana and Papa. We had fun checking out the animals, walking through the corn maze, and Tyler and I even went for a ride on the train! It took a lot of coaxing from Neal to get me to go for a ride on this "train" but Tyler enjoyed it.

Best Buds

Look at these two boys! Nana took the kids to the park the other day and Tyler finally had his chance to pick on Brendan since he was strapped down! Too cute! Brendan looks so amused. These boys are going to have so much fun growing up together.

Kohl's

Laura and I wanted to go to Kohl's and look for shoes. We thought there might be a sale on shoes, but instead we found a clearance deal which we had to purchase. I think we still payed too much!!

Music Video

Tyler and I watching a music video of Miley Cyrus singing her new song Party in the USA...Tyler either likes the song or Miley ;-)....I think I know which one!!

First Haircut

Tyler got his first haircut at Nana's today. It was so sad to see all that cute blonde hair cut off but it was getting so long that it was growing over the tops of his ears. He did okay at first but it didn't take long for him to get upset with all the fuss over his hair. Papa said he could hear him screaming all the way out in the pool. It was all over with quickly though and he looks like such a big boy now.

Ahhh...

Our weather is finally beginning to cool down! Okay, so it's still 100 degrees during the day but believe it or not that is so much better than 110. It's been in the 80's in the evening and we have finally been able to get out for some walks after dinner. Tyler and Blaze are really enjoying this (and so am I). Tyler liked it so much he fell asleep...it's so relaxing to get outside and get some fresh air!
